Family Constellations heal old subconscious patterns and systemic entanglements affecting your health, relationship, and career so you can reclaim your personal power toward living a more fulfilling life.
Family Constellations were “created” in the 80s by Bert Hellinger after spending years in Africa with the Zulu tribe. There, he witnessed their rituals which were closely connected to their ancestors.
He recognized similar patterns in his clients back in Germany and realized how to create the scenario for healing issues that remained after “conventional” therapy techniques.
Constellation work enables people to make contact with the subconscious emotional entanglements or what are at times called “family contracts,” which often limit the level of success one creates. The desire to belong in the family system can be greater than the desire for a successful relationship, health, or other life goal.

Family Systemic Constellation is a therapeutic approach rooted in the work of Bert Hellinger that explores the dynamics within families and other social systems. This method operates on the principle that issues we face in life—such as relational conflicts, emotional blocks, or recurring patterns—are often influenced by unresolved family dynamics, even across generations. By revealing hidden connections, family constellation work helps individuals gain insight into how they might be unconsciously carrying the burdens or traumas of their ancestors.
In a Family Constellation session, the client, along with a facilitator and sometimes a group of participants, “sets up” a representation of their family system. Participants may act as representatives for various family members or significant elements of the client’s life. Through this setup, dynamics and unresolved issues within the family structure often emerge in unexpected and revealing ways, allowing the client to witness and feel the underlying connections that affect their life.
The facilitator guides the process with gentle inquiries and observations, helping to create shifts in perspective and resolve these deeper conflicts. This therapeutic approach can foster healing and release from longstanding emotional entanglements, allowing the client to experience a greater sense of peace, clarity, and belonging within their family and personal life. Family Systemic Constellation work is particularly beneficial for those dealing with complex relational issues, repetitive patterns, and unresolved grief.
